- Turn-key Project of fully automatic TMT Bar mill of 300000 to 900000 TPA with Horizontal- Vertical Housing less stand 16 to 18 nos.straight line mill to produce 8mm to 40 mm size with steel billet size 130x130x6 or 12meter or 150x150x6 or 12meter, crop &cobler shears,uptype loopers, TMT box,Flying shears,Rack type automatic cooling bed, bar cutting, weighing, bar transfer.Double pusher or walking beam Oil /Gas fired Reheating furnace of 60 to 100 TPH. Siemence automation level 1 &2 for complete plant with electricals. Slit technology for 8mm x4 bar, 10mmx3 bar,12 &14mm x2 bar and 16 to 40mm x1 bar.
- We have a tie-up with Chinese mfg.for Slit and wire rod block mill to produce 5.5mm wire rod at 100 m/s speed.
- 18" , 20" and up to 28" Structure mill to produce medium sections of Angle, Channels & Girder / Sheet /Flat , Square and Plain Round.
- Process Audit of Induction Furnace, Concast & Rolling Mill.
- Mini Cement Plant with Vertical Kiln 100 / 200 TPD.
- Transmission Drives ,Heavy gear boxes for Cement Plant and Wind mill.
